Vaccine Injury Information

COVID-19 Vaccine

Compensation Coverage under the Law

Just like any medication, in rare occurrences vaccinations can cause severe and debilitating injury or side effects. Allen Law assists those injured by a vaccine to get compensation through the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. The COVID-19 vaccine is beginning the initial administration phase and it is unclear what, if any, side effects may occur. At Allen Law, we are monitoring the distribution of the vaccine to be able to assist anyone that believes they may have been injured as a result.

Currently, injuries related to the COVID-19 vaccine are compensable as part of the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP). This program provides reimbursement of medical expenses and lost employment income as well as death benefits in certain circumstances.

At some time in the future the COVID-19 vaccine may be compensable through the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP). If this occurs it would entitle the injured person to additional pain and suffering compensation above and beyond the benefits available today through the CICP.

If you have sustained an injury related to the COVID-19 vaccine contact Allen Law today. We will assist you with your CICP claim and advise you of your rights for any future claim you may have under the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP).

If the COVID-19 vaccine is accepted into the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), Allen Law will represent you in your claim before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims for compensation under the VICP. Our representation is provided with No Cost To You. You will never have to pay a retainer, expenses or any other form of compensation. Allen Law practices in all 50 states as well as the District of Columbia. If your case has to go to trial, the case will be heard in a court close to you and we will come to you.
