Vaccine Injury Practice

About the Program

What you need to know about the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

Just like any medication, in rare occurrences vaccinations can cause severe and debilitating injury or side effects. Allen Law assists those injured by a vaccine to get compensation through the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP). Allen Law will represent you in your claim before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Our representation is provided with No Cost To You. You will never have to pay a retainer or any other form of compensation. Allen Law practices in all 50 states as well as the District of Columbia. If your case has to go to trial, the case will be heard in a court close to you and we will come to you.

The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program is an alternative to the traditional legal system for resolving vaccine injury petitions. Any individual, of any age, who received a covered vaccine and believes he or she has been injured as a result, can file a petition. Legal representatives can file on behalf of children, disabled adults, and individuals who are deceased.

Compensation you are entitled to through the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.
